United Soccer Leagues announced Monday the restructuring of its executive management team following last week’s acquisition of USL by NuRock Soccer Holdings from Nike. NuRock’s Rob Hoskins will serve as Chairman with Alec Papadakis being named CEO. USL’s Tim Holt has been named President of the organization with founder Francisco Marcos transitioning to the position of President Emeritus and Senior Director of International Development.

She writes: “Blend Value Tobacco are the manufacturers of the Oya! brand, which they want to dominate the domestic market, and they have already announced that this is just the start of their big partnership with Zimbabwean football.”

The Rutgers men’s and women’s soccer teams will televise six games as a part of the athletic department’s partnership with Verizon FiOS TV, it was announced Monday. Women’s soccer will televise three home and one away game, while two men’s games will broadcast on the network in a tape-delay format.
